Came to Mayo for some testing and stayed at Homewood Suites. The room was very cozy and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is GREAT and the social on Wednesdays is wonderful. You can tell the workers take pride in providing many breakfast offerings-it was different every day, which is a unique thing for hiltons I've stayed in! There is a free shuttle to take you to and from Mayo that is very punctual. The hotel is about a mile away from the clinic. I plan to come back yearly and stay at this property. There are a lot of options in town and this one is one of the good ones!

The room itself is nice and the hotel is clean. The bed is a little hard and the pillows aren't great. The reason for the 2 star rating though is they have started charging $14 a night for parking. I'm a Hilton Honors member and think that's a little ridiculous.

Great location right across from St Mary’s Mayo Clinic, just a short walk. The king room was huge, full kitchen and all. The staff are all great. Shaquira at the front desk was lovely, she told me all about Hilton rewards program to save some money. Andrew (I think he’s maintenance) was also amazing. I can’t recall the other guys name at the desk, but he was so kind and understanding. Stayed here during a difficult time, it was nice to be so close to hospital and have a comfy room to come home to. Would definitely stay here again. The allow dogs too!

Hilton Diamond member and wasn’t acknowledged. Picked my room on the 6th floor and they put us on the 4th floor when checking in. No hot water for showers at night or the morning. Not a great experience. Very dated hotel. Wouldn’t recommend.

This hotel was quiet with large rooms and bathrooms and kitchenettes. The free shuttle to Mayo comes to this hotel. There is a store nearby and a couple of restaurants, but not much else. I will return here the next time I go back to Mayo.

I stayed the week while my loved one was hospitalized. The room was perfect. Staff were kind. Conveniently located across the street so I could walk back and forth during the day. I kept my car parked the whole week safely in their ramp.

Don't bother checking in early. They will give your room away and give you a room that didn't match what you paid for. Thanks for being rude and not doing your jobs. I'm not booking any more rooms for my family or my business through you now. There is plenty of competition with better service out there.
